1. General
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We, APX-PS GmbH, process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). If we approach people in the EU or observe their behavior, we also process data in accordance with the GDPR. This statement provides information on the type, scope and purposes of the processing on my-ki.com.

We process data that you share with us or that is generated when you use our website. These include

- Inputs in the AI chatbot
- Contract and order data when booking or requesting a service
- Usage data and technical data when visiting the website, for example IP address in abbreviated form, browser type, time, referrer, device information, cookies
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process data
- to respond to enquiries, legal basis legitimate interest, pre-contractual or contractual
- to provide and improve the website, legitimate interest in security and stability
- for the processing of orders and services, fulfilment of contracts
- for reach measurement and analysis based on your consent in the cookie banner
- for security, for example detection of abuse, legitimate interest
If we ask for consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. Without consent, we only set technically necessary cookies.
5. Hosting and log files
Our hosting provider processes server log files to ensure operation and security. Shortened IP addresses, date and time, accessed content, transferred data volume and user agent can be processed. The storage period of the log files is usually 7 to 30 days, longer retention only in the event of security-relevant incidents.
6. AI Chatbot and AI Services
When using the AI chatbot, your inputs are automatically processed to generate answers. We only store chat content to the extent necessary to provide the service, for error analysis and to improve quality. Personal profiling does not take place. Disclosure to third parties will only take place if this is necessary for the performance of the contract or if we use processors.
If external AI providers are used, we contractually ensure that no training use of your personal data takes place without your explicit consent. Details of the respective provider, server location and legal basis can be found in our directory of processors below.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies.

We only use statistics and marketing tools with your consent, for example Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. IP addresses are shortened and usage data is collected.

8. Newsletter
When you register for the newsletter, we process your e-mail address and optionally other information. We use the double opt in procedure. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in each e-mail. We log registrations and deregistrations for verification purposes.
9. Processors and recipients
We work with service providers who process data on our behalf, for example hosting, e-mail dispatch, CRM, payment processing, analysis. Contracts are in place with all processors in accordance with the FADP and, where applicable, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. A list of essential service providers

10. International Data Transfers
If data is transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses, supplementary measures and risk analyses. Copies of the warranties are available upon request.
11. Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes. In particular, the following apply
- Requests, usually up to 12 months after completion
- Contract data and accounting documents, in accordance with statutory retention periods
- Analysis data, according to settings in the analysis tool, up to 26 months

13. Obligation to provide
The provision of certain data may be necessary for the conclusion of a contract or the provision of services. Without this data, use or booking may not be possible. We point this out at the respective points.
14. Automated decisions
There is no automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
15. Security
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as access restrictions, encryption during transmission, backup and authorization concepts.
16. Changes to this Statement
We will amend this Privacy Policy if the law, our processes or services change.
