Do I have to use a CRM?

No. The agent can also work with Google Sheets, Excel, or other simple data formats. If you use a CRM, we'll be happy to integrate it; if not, we'll keep it simple and clear.

Does the agent run continuously or manually?

Both are possible: We can build the agent so that it is either triggered manually (e.g., via a button) or runs automatically on a regular basis (e.g., daily at 7 a.m.). Or both.

What are the data sources?

The agent uses publicly available information from websites, company directories, social media, news portals and other platforms.

Why is hosting a separate add-on?

Some companies prefer to run the workflow on their own infrastructure or existing servers. Therefore, we only provide the setup, code, and configuration by default. Whether you want to host it yourself or use our infrastructure is up to you.
