Our solution can process receipts/documents in various formats – whether PDF, JPEG/PNG scan, or email attachment. Even paper receipts are reliably read after scanning. Thanks to AI, different layouts are no problem; the system doesn't require rigid templates.

Can the solution be integrated into our existing system?

Yes, the solution integrates seamlessly into your existing IT environment. We set up interfaces to your ERP, accounting, or DMS system so that the extracted data is transferred automatically. If no standard interface is available, we develop a customized connection.

What happens if the AI doesn’t recognize a receipt correctly?

In rare cases where the AI fails to correctly recognize certain content in a document right away, the document is submitted for manual review. Your employees can then check the data and correct it if necessary. The system learns from such corrections, further improving recognition accuracy over time.

Do we need our own AI experts to operate the solution?
