How does AI-powered resume analysis work?
The AI-powered CV analysis uses state-of-the-art natural language processing algorithms to digitally "understand" each CV. The system automatically extracts all important information such as contact details, educational qualifications, professional experience, and skills. The AI then evaluates this data according to defined criteria (e.g., years of experience, relevant skills) and creates a structured profile. This provides you with an objective, standardized, automated CV analysis in the shortest possible time, without requiring anyone to manually read through each CV.
Which file formats and languages are supported?
By default, PDF resumes and common text formats (e.g., Word documents) can be processed. Scans or image files can also be analyzed using the OCR add-on. The AI can perform analyses in almost all languages.
How is data confidentiality and data protection ensured?
Data protection is our top priority. All submitted application documents will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for automated CV analysis. Upon request, processing can take place on servers in Switzerland.
Is AI replacing human evaluation in recruiting?
No. The resume analysis software is intended to support, not replace, HR decision-makers. The technology automates the preliminary work and provides you with objective decision-making support, but the final selection and evaluation of candidates remains with your recruiters. AI saves you time in pre-screening and provides additional insights, allowing you to focus on the personal interview and the final decision.
How objective and fair are the AI results?
The AI-powered resume analysis analyzes all resumes according to the same, predefined criteria. This makes the evaluation highly objective and transparent. Human biases—whether conscious or unconscious—are minimized, as the AI doesn't discriminate based on factors such as name, gender, or age (this data can even be completely anonymized upon request).
Can scanned or photographed CVs also be analyzed?
Yes, we offer the OCR add-on for this purpose. This allows us to extract text from scanned documents or images and submit it to AI analysis as usual. Even if an applicant submits their resume only as a photo or scanned PDF, no information is lost. Without the OCR module, the analysis is limited to digitally searchable PDFs and text documents.
Can the analysis be adapted to our individual requirements?
Absolutely. Every company has different ideas about what to look for in applicants. We configure the AI precisely according to your specifications – from the key qualifications you want to highlight to specific fields that are read (e.g., certificates, language skills, or other criteria important to you). This flexibility ensures that the analysis results are precisely tailored to your needs.
