How does the e-learning course creation from PDF work?

Our AI platform first analyzes your materials and extracts the key content. From this, it automatically creates a course structure and a draft script. The AI then converts this script into a storyboard and uses text-to-video technology to generate the first video versions with animated slides and voiceovers. Our experts review these drafts, you provide feedback, and we incorporate corrections until the video course is finalized.

Do the AI voiceovers really sound natural?

Yes – modern AI voices are amazingly natural. We use leading text-to-speech technology that mimics human speech characteristics. The voices have appropriate emphasis, intonation, and pauses, making them seem real and pleasant to listeners. If you wish, you can choose the voice you like best from a variety of voices (gender, tone, language).

Are our confidential documents safe with you?

Absolutely. We will treat your documents confidentially and use them only for course creation. We can also sign an NDA at the start of the project. Your data will always remain secure and will not be shared with third parties.

Can we update the videos when content changes?

Yes. One of the advantages of creating e-learning courses from PDF is the ease of updating. If, for example, product information changes, we don't have to re-film everything – we simply adjust the script and let the AI create an updated video. This allows us to incorporate small content changes very quickly. Even after the project is completed, we are happy to support you with subsequent updates.

What usage rights do we receive for the videos?

You receive all necessary usage rights for the created videos. You can use the video material internally (e.g., in your LMS, intranet) for an unlimited period of time and also make it available externally to your customers. The AI voices and avatars we use are licensed for commercial use – there are no hidden restrictions.

Can we choose our own voice and avatar?

Yes, of course. We offer a wide selection of virtual speakers and AI avatars. You can choose a voice (e.g., male/female, speaking style) and, if desired, an avatar that best suits your target audience. This ensures that the tone and appearance of the course exactly match your expectations. You can even create your own avatar from your company (see the "Custom AI Avatar" add-on).
