FAQ:

Does the meeting summary AI support multiple languages?

Yes. Our Meeting Assistant can transcribe and summarize meetings in many languages. German and English are supported by default, as are over 30 other languages. The summary is usually provided in the language of the meeting. We can also offer translations upon request (see the "Additional Languages" add-on).

How is data protection (GDPR) ensured?

Data protection is our top priority. Audio data is processed in compliance with GDPR – either on EU servers or directly in your infrastructure (if you choose the self-hosting option). Personal data is treated confidentially and used only for summarizing. Requests to the AI can be made from an EU location or in Switzerland.

When and how do we receive the meeting summaries?

You'll receive the summary immediately after the meeting. The agent typically completes the minutes within a few minutes of the meeting ending. Depending on the configuration, the output can be emailed to all participants, shared in a preferred tool (e.g., Slack), or saved in a folder. So you don't lose any time – important information is available immediately.

How reliable is the meeting summary AI?

Our solution uses state-of-the-art AI models for transcription and speech understanding, resulting in highly accurate summaries. In most cases, the automatically generated transcripts are ready for immediate use. Of course, you have the opportunity to review the results and make minor adjustments as needed. Over time, the system also "learns" your preferences, ensuring consistently high quality.

Can recorded or offline meetings also be processed?

Yes. Automated meeting summarization tools can usually only record live events. In contrast, our AI can also process existing audio or video recordings. For example, if you recorded an in-person meeting, you can make this recording available to the system. The AI meeting summarization also generates a transcript and summary. This allows you to record past meetings or conference calls retrospectively at any time.
Why is hosting a separate add-on? Some companies want to run the workflow on their own infrastructure or existing servers. Therefore, we only provide the setup, code, and configuration by default. Whether you want to host the solution yourself or use our infrastructure is up to you.

How complex is the setup and integration?

The implementation of AI Meeting Summary on our servers is already included in our service. This means minimal effort for you – we take care of all the technical details, coordination with your IT systems, and any necessary customizations. The solution is typically ready for use within a few days.
