Which languages can the chatbot speak?

The chatbot responds in the user's language or at the user's request. Almost all languages are supported. Your training material is translated automatically.

How secure is the bot regarding data protection?

Very secure. We do not process any personal data by default. Optional logging functions are anonymized. Upon request, we offer hosting in Switzerland or GDPR-compliant hosting partners.

Yes. The chatbot can automatically redirect you to a form or contact person, or generate an email.
