What do I need to provide as a customer if I want to have learning videos created?

All you need to do is provide us with the desired topic and any key points or materials you'd like to cover in the course. Also helpful: your logo and color palette for branding. We'll take care of everything else—from content development to design and production.

Do I have to stand or speak in front of the camera myself?

No, you don't have to appear in the video or narrate any text. Your course will be presented by an AI avatar who will recite the script with a realistic AI voice. You can relax and stay in the background. If you wish, we can even virtualize your own performance (see the "Custom AI Avatar" add-on).

How realistic are the avatar and the voice?

We use state-of-the-art AI avatars and neural voice technology. The virtual speaker appears highly lifelike with natural movements and facial expressions, and the AI voice is virtually indistinguishable from a human voice. The course presents itself to viewers as professional and engaging—without a "robotic" feel.

Can we have learning videos created in other languages?

Yes. By default, we produce the course in German (or English upon request). Thanks to AI, additional language versions are possible without much additional effort – either with subtitles or as a fully voiced second language (see the "Additional Language Version" add-on). This allows you to offer your training in multiple languages.

How does the correction and feedback loop work?

After completing an initial draft, you'll have the opportunity to provide feedback. We'll conduct up to two rounds of revisions to adapt the content, wording, or design to your liking. Only when you're satisfied will we finalize the course.

Can we update the video course later?

Yes, one of the advantages of our AI-powered course is its ease of updating. If content changes or needs to be added, we can adapt the script and regenerate the affected lessons – without having to completely reshoot videos. This way, you'll always stay up to date.

What about usage rights?

All created content (videos, slides, scripts, etc.) belongs to you upon completion. You receive full usage and exploitation rights and can freely use the video course internally or externally. There are no additional licensing fees.
