No, you don't have to be an AI expert—we'll take care of that. We'll explain everything important in easy-to-understand language. If your process already produces data (e.g., historical records), we can use it, but it's not mandatory. We can also leverage existing AI models if needed or create a new one, depending on your requirements, without you having to worry about the technical details.
Is there support or customization options after implementation?
Yes, of course we won't leave you alone after the go-live. The service includes 30 days of support, during which we'll be available to answer any questions or make fine-tuning adjustments. You can also optionally book longer maintenance and support (see add-ons). The solution is designed to be expanded or adapted as needed—if you require further process automation with AI, we'll be happy to support you.
How is data security and data protection ensured?
We attach great importance to protecting your data. All data used is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection guidelines. When external AI services are integrated, we ensure that no sensitive information is leaked unprotected.
